Regular Meeting of the Land Use & Zoning Advisory Committee for the Town of Lakewood
December 9, 2002

In attendance: Lee Spletter Ted Schuurmans, Raoul Schottky, and Guest Mike Rzepka
Meeting was called to order by Lee Spletter at 6:20 pm.
Motion by Lee Spletter, second by Raoul Schottky to approve the agenda as presented, motion was carried.
Motion by Raoul Schottky, second by Lee Spletter to accept the minutes of November meeting as presented with changes noted, motion was carried.
New Business
� Discussion was held regarding properties that are in the Town of Lakewood Land Use Plan. This included the properties in the town as to what they could be used for in the future (a little looking into the future) and how they could be used to fit into our plan and the design of these projects.
� Discussion was held on the properties that the Town of Lakewood has purchased or are purchasing. Thought was that the Town should develop plans for these properties and have designs for them, not just do these projects on the spur of the moment.
� Rustie Billings Rezone, no representative showed to present it, no action.
