The Town of Lakewood Plan Commission

July 11, 2011 6:00 PM
Present: Greg Weyers, Adriane Bartels, Lee Spletter, Loren Nelson.
Absent: Kevin Barthel, Terrance Johnson,Scott VanLaanen
Visitors: None
1. Call to Order: Chairman Weyers called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made by Bartels and seconded by Nelson to approve the agenda. All ayes, motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes: Motion was made by Bartels and seconded by Weyers to approve the Minutes of the June 13, 2011 meeting. All ayes, motion carried.
4. Rezone, Conditional Use and CSM/Plat Proposals: None
5. New Business: Possibility of a grass/weed cutting ordinance in the Town of Lakewood and if not perhaps it should be considered.
6. Old Business: A. Update on the Wurzer/Nowakowski property situation. Nothing further from the County.
B. Website discussion. Nothing further, in the hands of the Town Board.
7. Other Business: None.
8. Public Comment: None.
9. Next Meeting: Set for August 8, 2011 @ 6:00 PM. at the Town Administrative Offices.
10. Adjourn: There being no further business, it was moved Bartels and seconded by Nelson to adjourn. All ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:38 PM.
