Minutes of the Regular Meeting of
The Town of Lakewood Plan Commission

March 8, 2010 6:00 p.m.
Present: Gregg Weyers, Gigi Bartels, Ted Schuurmans, Lee Spletter, Scott VanLaanen, Loren Nelson
Absent: None
Visitors: None
Call to Order: Chairman Weyers called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Approve the Agenda: A motion was made by Schuurmans and seconded by Bartels to approve the agenda as printed. All ayes motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Bartels, and seconded by Schuurmans, to approve the Minutes of the February 8, 2010 meeting. All ayes motion carried..
Rezone, Conditional Use and CSM/Plat Proposals: Schuurmans reported on his conversation W/Jaime at the County Zoning Office. The County did not get a survey map from the surveyor for the Camp Nan A Bo Sho property.The County and the Lakewood Plan Commission agree that a CSM would be the best way to proceed. Surveyor will provide the County with the proper information to proceed.
New Business: 5A. Survey copies: Discussion on possibilities for handling copies. A motion was made by Schuurmans, and seconded by Bartels to ask the Town to establish a plan review fee of $25 for surveys and set up a debit card for land chart copies. Surveyors will be required to provide a copy of the registered survey to the Town. .
5B. An outdoor wood burner ordinance was tabled and the Plan Commission will request continuing information from the DNR.
5C. Wireless network in the Town of Lakewood. Plan Commission is waiting for more information.
Old Business: 6A. Website discussion on officials information etc.
6B. Discussion on Rustic Road representative from the Town Of Lakewood. A motion was made by Schuurmans and seconded by Bartels to appoint Scott VanLaanen as the Rustic Road Representative. All ayes motion carried.
All Other Business: None

Adjourn: There being no further business, it was moved by Bartels and seconded by VanLaanen to adjourn. All ayes, motion carried. meeting was adjourned at 7:28 pm.
Next meeting will be April 12, 2010 at 6:00 pm in the Town Administrative Offices.
