Lester Jefrey Rezone. Mr. Jefrey would like to rezone his property on McCabe Road (40 acres) from Forestry to R1 and divide it to give to his children. After discussion and looking at maps, the committee would like to suggest that it be rezoned to Rural Residence (RR), which would fit into the comprehensive Plan, unless Mr. Jefrey has other plans for smaller plats of land.
