New Business
Aaron Associates; CSM for Patrick & Michael Williams on John Lake was presented by Casey Swanson. The CSM conforms with the Comprehensive Plan for Lakewood. Motion by Schuurmans and second by Schottky to accept and recommend approval of it to the Town of Lakewood. Motion was carried.
Bartels gave a short report on the Ad Hock Lakes Survey.

Old Business

Schuurmans talked with Bill Bartz about the zoning of the Sanitary District Plant. The County zoning is all different in the areas of the County for the Treatment Plants. The rezoning was put on hold until the County determines under what section of the Zoning Plan that it should be placed in.
Highway 32 plans for the Town of Lakewood were discussed. The town will loose 1 parking space on each side of an intersection in Town. The sidewalk is still planned for the North side of Highway 32 thru Lakewood.
Discussion on the Parking Lot in Lakewood that the Town is purchasing. What work has to be done on the lot, what is the design of the lot (number of parking spaces, size, entrance and exit of the lot, and type of Green Space area)? Also along with this lot, should the Town be thinking of purchasing the Flynn property (Bulk Plant) for additional parking area?
The Town of Lakewood should be developing a Storm Sewer Plan when the reconstruction of Highway 32 thru Lakewood starts. It will be hard to install the storm sewer after the road is finished. Need to get OKs to have water to run across peoples property next to Highway 32.

Motion by Schuurmans to adjourn, second by Vanlannen; motion carried at 6:33PM.
