Rezone/CSM/Plat Proposals:
Rezone Eugene Dunsirn property located in Sec. 19-33-16 (SE/SE) and 20-33-16 (SW/SW & NW/SW) would like to have rezoned from Forestry to Rural Residential. Questions about Environmental Sensitive Areas, Lake water quality, and type of development were asked and discussed. Motion by Ted Schuurmans, second by Lee Spletter to recommend to the Town Board to approve the Rezone of the Property, motion was carried. Note; what effects that the development around small lake has on the Lake. Much discussion on protection of these lakes, and would recommend getting base line testing of these lakes. Will send a copy of what tests have to be done on these lakes to owner when we get these requirements.

Old Business:
Don Erickson, presented Lot Layout for the Bullfrog Lake Sub-division for information. A copy of this proposal will be sent to the other owner of the Lake for their information and approval. Adriane Bartels will send copy, as other owner has been in contact with her. Also a copy of the Lake Testing Requirements will be sent to Don Erickson.

T. J. Padjen, Spoke to the committee regarding the closing of Sherman Street in the Town of Lakewood. He is against this closing as it will hurt his business and create problems in Town.

New business:

Addition to County Zoning Ordinance Conservation Design Subdivisions. Tabled to next meeting so that we would be able to read and study the document.

DNR Temporary Rules There are some new rules coming out regarding Lake development, nothing seen yet, but in the making.

State Road Wayside There was some talk about the closing of some State Road Wayside (Chain Lake in our area) as there was no funding available to maintain them. They asked if the Town would be willing to maintain it if no funding was available. DOT did find some money to maintain, so they will not be closed this year.
