Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Land Use & Zoning Advisory Committee for the Town of Lakewood June 14, 2004
In attendance: Adriane Bartels, Raoul Schottky, and Scott VanLaanen. Excused: Greg Weyers, Lee Spletter, and Ted Schuurmans, Guests: Lloyd Christenson, Wayne Bennett, Kurt Buttler
Call to Order: Chairperson Adriane Bartels called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm.
Approval of Agenda: Raoul Schottky moved to approve the agenda as amended. Motion seconded by Scott VanLaanen. Motion passed.
Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting: Scott VanLaanen moved to accept the meeting minutes from the April Minutes. Raoul Schottky seconded the motion, motion passed.
Rezone/CSM/Plat Proposals: 1. Rezone: Kurtis Buttler would like to have a parcel in Government Lot 3 on West Wheeler Lake rezoned to Rural Residence. Rezone conforms with the Towns Comprehensive Plan. Motion by Raoul Schottky, second by Scott VanLannen to recommend to the Town to approve the rezone of the property from Forestry to Rural Residence, motion carried. 2. Rezone: Wayne Bennett appeared for Paul Soderstrom for a rezone for Parcel #019-4131104221C (Hwy 32 and East Chain Lake Road) from Residential 1 to Commercial. The parcel is adjacent to Commercial Property and fits into the Towns Comprehensive Plan. Motion by Scott VanLannen, second by Raoul Schottky to recommend to the Town Board to approve the rezone of the property, motion carried. 3. Rezone: Tom Gryboski, tabled.

Question asked if any of attending members attended the meeting at Mountain for Plan Implementation Workshops for Oconto County Towns and the answer was NO.
New business:

Adjourn: Scott VanLaanen made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:28PM, second by Raoul Schottky, motion carried.
