3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF: March 11, 2013 Plan Commission Meeting.
4. REZONE, CONDITIONAL USE & CSM/PLAT PROPOSALS: 4A: Request for approval of CSM for Secluded Land Co. lot on Jack Pine Camp Rd.
4B: Request for Conditional Use Permit for Daniel Bodart for a possible business on Hwy. 32.
5. NEW BUSINESS: None.
6. OLD BUSINESS: As a matter of clarification; the following people were submitted to the Town Board at last month�s meeting for another three year term on the Plan Commission: Greg Weyers, Scott VanLaanen and Kevin Barthel. This was added to the Plan Commission Meeting as New Business on March 11, 2013, therefore this will be acted upon at the April 16, 2013 Lakewood Town Board Meeting.
