2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF: November 8, 2010 Plan Commission Meeting.
4. REZONE, CONDITIONAL USE & CSM/PLAT PROPOSALS:
A. Reminder concerning the two lots Paul Shallow presented at the November 8, 2010 Plan Commission Meeting. This was approved by the Plan Commission. Requires Town Board approval at the December meeting.
B. Mike Hess will be present to re-submit a CSM and modified information to correct lot lines for Family Dollar Property.
C. A CSM will be presented for two lots on Irish Lake Lane owned by Konopacky and Lasko.
D. Northeast surveying will present a rezone application and CSM for three lots on Jackpine Camp Road.
