REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 12, 2011

LAKEWOOD ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
This meeting was posted in the four usual places those being the Lakewood Town Hall, Lakewood Super Valu, Laona Bank and Lakewood Administrative Office.
PRESENT: Joanne Roy, Chairman, Lee Spletter, Supervisor. Tom Haberstein, Supervisor Denise Jackett, Clerk and Virginia Nelson, Treasurer.
VISITORS: Steven J. Halima, Loren Nelson, Robert Landwehr, Ron Lahnala, Josh Riebe, Randy Jackett, Don Jackson, Vay Jackson, Adriane Bartels, Neale Block, Laura Waldvogel, Terrance Johnson and Jan Liebsch.
Chairman Joanne Roy called this meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Tom H. moved to accept the agenda. Second by Lee S., all ayes motion carried.
Motion made by Lee S., to approve the Minutes of the March 14, 2011 Regular Town Board Meeting. Second by Tom H., all ayes motion carried.
Treasurer�s Report: Given by Virginia Nelson, and summarized in these minutes.
Checking Account Beginning Balance: $ 101,353.86
Receipts: $ 106,720.78
Total in Checking $ 208,074.64
Less Expenses: $ 74,966.45

Tom H. moved to accept the Treasurer Report. Second by Lee S., all ayes motion carried.
Plan Commission:
Lee Reported. No Certified Survey Maps
A. Recommend reappointment of Plan Commission Members Terrence Johnson and Adrianne Bartels for three (3) year term.
Motion made by Lee S. to accept the reappointment of said members. Seconded by Tom H. All ayes motion carried.
Hall Pavilion Business:
Request from Flip Hartman to utilize to Lakewood pavilion grounds field for �Boot Camp Class� starting after Memorial Day thru mid September, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 a.m. to possibly 7:00 a.m. There is no fee for the class and is not being associated with the Tri fitness name.
Board concurred it would be fine to allow the use of the grounds.

Notice of Meeting: Solid Waste Committee of Oconto County Board of Supervisors to be held at Black Bear Golf Course in Suring on April 25, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. referencing the future of recycling and the Governor�s budget bill. Joanne will attend.

Oconto County Highway Commission letter of meeting change on April 13, 2011 from Mountain Town Hall to Bill Lazansky Community Center.
Oconto County planning and Zoning Notice of Public Hearing on April 25, 2011 for Robert Leischer, Michael Biersteker, Kevin Marshall.
Office of Land Use and Zoning copy of minutes and Amendatory Ordinance of the Oconto County Historical Society and Van Hecke/ Vandenbush rezone property.

Virginia:
Will be sending out letters to the Taxpayers of Delinquent Personal Property Tax.
Denise presented a copy of the Town of Lakewood Delinquent Personal Property Report in the Meeting Packet.
Pay Vouchers:
Motion was made by Lee S., to approve the vouchers, seconded by Tom H.. All ayes motion carried.
