Omitted Taxes: The clerk stated that cause of the omitted taxes is due to the splits, new buildings and other possible missed properties, which did not have tax bills generated. Hand written tax bills will be provided to the taxpayer and they will have the option of paying them this year or next year. This tax money is the Towns but due to the fact that it was not budgeted for this money would need to be kept in a separate account so that it in reality produces a credit for next years tax bills as all other tax payers are picking up the omitted shares for taxes.

Public Comment: Joan Grady asked who filed papers for the spring election. Tom Gryboski and Ted Schuurmans for Chairman. Tom Haberstein and Lee Spletter for Supervisor. Linda Jonet and Denise Jackett for Clerk. Virginia Nelson for Treasurer. Peter A Liptack for Assessor.

Lee asked if the County had gotten back to the Town at all concerning the grant for the Trail Head. Tom stated that a meeting is scheduled for Thursday morning at 10:00 right here at the Town Hall, concerning the Trail Head.

Motion to adjourn by Don, seconded by Lee, all ayes motion carried, adjourned at 7:45 p.m.

Respectfully Submitted,

Joanne Roy, Clerk
